Access

• Members have 24/7 access to the club with their own credentials.
• Member access is personal — don't share codes or let others in on your account.
• Public play is by reservation only; book online before you arrive.
• Lock up and make sure the door latches behind you when you're the last one out.

Safety in the Bays

Safety in the Bays

• Only one person swings at a time. Everyone else stays behind the hitting area.
• Keep clear of the swing radius — indoors, there's less room than you think.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Use the mats and hitting surfaces as intended; no chipping or pitching off the flooring.

Equipment & Care

Equipment & Care

• Clean, non-marking golf shoes or athletic shoes only — no metal spikes.
• Report any damage or technical issues right away so the next member isn't stuck.
• Don't adjust projectors, cameras or sensors; ask us instead.
• Members bring their own clubs — please keep bags clear of walkways.

The Club Room

The Club Room

• The club room is self-serve — there is no bar or kitchen service.
• Clean up after yourself and take your trash with you.
• Be considerate of anyone else in the room; keep volume reasonable.
• Anyone consuming alcohol on site does so responsibly and is expected to comply with Alabama law.

Bookings

Bookings

• Reservations run to the clock — wrap up so the next booking can start on time.
• Cancel as early as you can if plans change.
• Members receive priority booking on both bays.
